Biology International College Advancement Program (ICAP)

A one-year laboratory survey course that studies living organisms and their interrelationships. Studies include cell biology, the structure and function of organisms, ecology, changes over time, human body and health and developmental biology. A special four to six week laboratory intensive unit on molecular biology and biotechnology also emphasizes bio-ethical issues. Biology meets the UC “d” Prerequisite: CST ELA score of Proficient/Advanced
