Dear Students, Families and Community,

It is my pleasure to welcome you as we embark on Del Mar High School’s 2020/2021 school year.  We are very excited to reconnect with each of you again and look forward to welcoming the class of 2024 to our wonderful school community.

Before diving into important dates and information, we at Del Mar want each of you to know that our staff is committed to ensuring that your safety and education is our number one priority.  As we work together this year to build strong connections and relationships, we will continue to implement high levels of academic instruction, improve our communication, and meet the needs of our students equitably by providing social emotional support and challenging systems and structures to develop a community founded in anti-racism.  We are excited for each of you to be a part of this new vision and look forward to the future together.

As we continue with distance learning during this unique time, we ask that all students and families continue to update us on changes to their personal information and to check out our website for all updated information, as state and local guidance changes frequently.

Every year, every student's data must be verified online by parent(s)/guardian(s). See the letter mailed home from Campbell Union High School District for instructions on the Annual Emergency Card Update.  If you need support in English or Spanish with the Aeries Parent Portal, please call the support hotline at (408) 558-3080, option 8, from July 29th to August 7th, 10am to 7pm.

Once you have completed the Annual Emergency Card Update, we recommend that students add the Aeries Student Portal app for communication and parents/guardians add the Aeries Parent Portal app.  We will be utilizing Aeries communication for the 2020-2021 school year.  Schedules will be released by August 6th, 2020 if the annual emergency card update has been completed.

Incoming 9th graders and any newly enrolled students will check out chromebooks in front of the Performing Arts Center (PAC) by the first letter of their last names.  Students who participated in our summer math programs do not need to pick up an additional chromebook.  Please use the driveway closest to Stokes Avenue and stay in your vehicles.  If you are unable to make the time listed, we will offer a make-up day at a later time.

Estimados estudiantes, familias y comunidad,
