"Angst" Screening - Let's talk about anxiety, because it's real.

myDonsLife of the Del Mar IB Parent Organization is hosting a screening of "Angst" - a documentary that discusses anxiety, its effects, how to recognize symptoms in children, and how to help teens fight and persevere.  The film provides Spanish subtitles.  This Parent Education night is sponsored by CUHSD, it's open to all Del Mar families, and students are welcome and encouraged to attend.
