Enroll a New Student

Enrollment and registration takes place via the school site, online for in-district residents, and is facilitated by the assistant principal and school guidance advisor.  
 
ENROLLMENT STEP 1
 
Before enrolling your student(s), you will need the following documents:
  • Proofs of residency (see Registration Forms webpage below)
  • Student’s birth certificate or passport
  • Student’s most current immunization records
  • Current transcript (Uploading a transcript from the student's last school of attendance will help counselors place the student in appropriate classes.)
For specific documentation information, please refer to the CUHSD Enroll/Registration Forms webpage, at: www.cuhsd.org/apps/pages/enroll. Forms are available in English and Spanish.
 
ENROLLMENT STEP 2
 
Search for your Resident CUHSD School via the District School Locator, at: www.cuhsd.org/apps/pages/DistrictBoundaries.
 
ENROLLMENT STEP 3
 
Once you have all registration information on hand, visit the following webpage to enroll your student and upload required documents: campbelluhsd.aeries.net/enrollment/. Please be sure to hit "submit" when everything has been completed.
 
ENROLLMENT STEP 4
 
Once the Aeries Enrollment online process is complete and all the required documents are verified, the Parent or Legal Guardian will be contacted for an appointment with the Assistant Principal and Counselor to assign classes.
