Aeries, Canvas & ParentSquare Logins

Welcome to the Del Mar High School Parent Portal!

In this section you'll find all the tools you need to track your students' progress throughout their time at school.  You may update your student's school record and download score reports via Aeries, view grades and assignments via Canvas, and sign up for ParentSquare emails.

Please use the platforms below to monitor student progress and receive school communications.

Aeries Student Information System

The Aeries.net parent portal allows parents to request transcripts and to update emergency contact information. For instructions on how to access your student's Aeries account, please visit our CUHSD webpage at: https://www.cuhsd.org/apps/pages/studata.

Canvas

Canvas is an online learning management system used by CUHSD teachers to post assignments and grades. (Note: Canvas has taken the place of Schoolloop.) Canvas Parent Observer accounts allow parents/guardians to see student progress in Canvas courses, including monitoring grades and assignments.

NOTE - How to Change Canvas Parent Settings: For your security, you will be asked to sign back in when attempting to make changes to your settings or notifications. Via the District Canvas Portal, please click on Canvas Parent and then sign in using your existing email and password to continue.

ParentSquare

ParentSquare allows parents to communicate with the administration and receive timely information related to their students and Del Mar High School.

To access ParentSquare, visit: www.parentsquare.com/signin.

Electronic Student Score Reports / Informes Electronicos de Calificaciones - CAASPP & ELPAC

Beginning in 2018-2019, the California Department of Education will no longer mail home students' score reports.  Score reports apply to the following assessments:

  1. California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP)
    • Smarter Balanced for English language arts/literacy (ELA) and mathematics
    • California Alternate Assessments for ELA and mathematics
    • California Science Test (CAST)
    • California Spanish Assessment (CSA)
  1. English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC)
    • Summative ELPAC

Your student’s electronic student score reports can be obtained by logging into the Aeries Parent/Student Portal via https://campbelluhsd.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx, or using the Aeries mobile app.
