Leads & represents the PTSA by overseeing the executive board, presiding over meetings, managing official communications & collaborating with families, staff & the community to support student success.
VP, Membership - [email protected]
Creates & implements a membership plan; promotes it in a variety of ways; provides reports.
Fundraising - [email protected]
Plan events & find ways to raise funds for PTSA.Hospitality - [email protected]
Purchases & stocks snacks for the teacher-staff lounge, handles Staff Appreciation Week & snacks/drinks at school events on occasion.
Treasurer - [email protected]
Maintains records, pays bills, prepares financial reports for meetings & ensures taxes are paid.
Secretary - [email protected]
Takes minutes at meetings & handles PTSA correspondence.Parliamentarian - [email protected]
Assists the president in managing meetings, chairs the bylaws committee, leads the election process.
Financial Secretary - [email protected]
Works closely with financial officers and ensures money is deposited immediately.
