About me

I'm a proud Del Mar Alumn (Class of 2010). I graduated from De Anza College with an A.A. in Liberal Arts and transferred to UC Berkeley majoring in Sociology. During college, I worked as a Mini Corps Tutor in Oakland, CA and realized my passion for teaching and learning. This experience led me to pursue my Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from Loyola Marymount University and my Administrative Services Credential from Santa Clara University. 

 

For the past 7 years, I've taught as a Two-Way Bilingual Immersion, ELD and U.S. History teacher. Teaching is one of my passions that I hold near and dear to my heart. Therefore, I'm excited to work with teachers this year to make teaching fun while setting high expectations for all students. 

 

I'm excited to be back at Del Mar and I look forward to working with every member of our community.
