IB Enrichment
This semester's IB Theory of Knowledge (TOK) students headed to the San Jose Museum of Art for a tour of the exhibits. It was a special experience!
This field trip was a part of the TOK Art unit. The unit's essential questions were: What are the arts, and why do we study them? How is new knowledge created about the arts? How do we become discerning knowers about the arts? Lauren Schell, the curator, gave us a tour and spoke to some of these questions as she showed us a few different pieces in the museum. Many thanks to Ms. Schell, for the very informative private tour.
