ASSEMBLYMEMBER EVAN LOW INVITES YOU TO A SUMMER INTERNSHIP!
 
 

Assemblymember Evan Low is looking for bright, self-motivated, energetic individuals who are interested in learning the dynamics of working in a legislative office through a State Assembly Internship. 

As an intern you will provide support to staff with legislation, events, constituent services, and special projects. The District Office offers a flexible schedule asking for only a minimum of five hours per week. Internship terms will be determined based on availability and needs of the capitol or district office, and the office will work with applicants who are requesting to receive undergraduate or graduate credit.

The summer 2018 internship program runs from June 11, 2018 until first week of September.

STATE OF CALIFORNIA WORK PERMITS - REQUIRED FOR STUDENTS UNDER 18
 
Are you interested in working while in school?
 
If you would like to work and you are not yet 18 years of age, you must have a work permit. The State of California enforces strict rules regarding the issuance of work permits.  You can find this information from The State of California Department of Industrial Relations.
